• Any orders made online that are eligible and received by 2:00 PM EDT are processed and shipped out on the same day.
• Exceptions: There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Orders are typically sent by either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Freight Line.
• PO Boxes cannot use any UPS/Freight services.
• Multiple item orders can ship separately in an effort to deliver faster.
• Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), and Puerto Rico (PR) are not available for shipping.
• The average processing time of orders, including preparing the orders to be shipped out, is ( 0 – 1 ) business days.
• Following the shipment, your order is expected to arrive within (3 – 5) business days.
