Refund Policy

  • The returns will be accepted within 15 days of the purchase.
  • The goods to be returned must be intact, unopened, and sealed by the original wrapping and packaging, and in the same condition in which they were shipped.
  • Any returns have to be presented with a receipt/proof of purchase.
  • Never drop it back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their normal condition, have a defect, or are lost items without our default.

  • Contact your bank (there is a bit of processing time prior to posting a refund).

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Call your credit card company (there may be delays in the process).
  3. Contact your bank (some processing time is required before posting a refund).

Sale Items (if applicable)

  • Regular price items only can be returned to receive a refund.
  • Items from sale are not refundable.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We replace items only when they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • When a gift is purchased and delivered to you, a gift credit will be provided once your return is processed.
  • In case the item was not identified as a gift, this refund will be made to the primary buyer.

 

Shipping for Returns

  • The customer must bear the cost of returning items, and this cannot be refunded.
  • In case of a refund, we will subtract the shipping fee for the supply.
